I am looking for a cottage on a farm to rent where I can keep my two horses (field with run in). I need a place where I can operate my equine-assisted nonprofit, HeartSongs United. I carry insurance and use liability releases always. All work is on the ground for my LLC. I want to be near Charlottesville where my clients are located. I have excellent references and credit. Happy to pitch in and farm sit!
