An American Stalls Sales Associate is the "quarterback" of the customer relationship, and we are looking for superstars to grow our team. We are seeking an experienced sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to drive our sales of custom stabling equipment. The Sales Associate is an inside and outside sales position. The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients with their stall components, flooring needs, and other stabling products.

American Stalls, a fast growing company, specializes in horse stall equipment, barn flooring, and other stabling products. American Stalls is a national company – headquartered in Virginia. We are looking to add more sales team members to handle sales leads from local, regional, and national and advertising.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Manage a sales pipeline, and work independently to achieve sales growth and increase market share.
  •  Build effective relationships with new clients service existing clients
  •  Successfully launch new product offerings.
  •  Analyze sales trends and build the business base
  •  Build and maintain call / email cycles, follow up on leads, and make contacts with equine prospect facilities and existing customers to close new accounts.
  •  Maintain records in Zoho(CRM), including establishing account profiles for new customers and entering all customer communication.
  •  Serve as back-up for other inside sales representatives, as needed.

  •  Bachelor's Degree
  •  1-3 years of related experience; previous inside or outside sales experience preferred
  •  Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  •  Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills, and attention to detail.
  •  Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of team.
  •  Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and be flexible in responding to changing business demands.
  •  Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products; experience with a CRM is a plus
